Contact Information: To create an account and authenticate, we collect your phone number and/or email address.
Profile Information: You may provide a name and description that is visible to other members within your specific "Cell" (organization).
User Content: We collect the information you submit through the App, including action proposals, poll responses, and time-logging data (minutes spent on activities).
Authentication Credentials: We store hashed versions of your passwords. We do not store plain-text passwords.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
Identifiers: We assign a unique identifier to your account to manage your memberships across different Cells.
Usage Data: We collect information about your interactions with the App, such as when you log points, create proposals, or vote in polls.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Provide and Maintain the App: To authenticate your identity via OTP (One-Time Password) or password, and to manage your organization (Cell) memberships.
Facilitate Collaboration: To display your contributions, such as proposals and logged actions, to other members of your Cell.
Calculate Points: To track and attribute "points" based on the time you report spending on accepted actions.
Communication: To send you invitations to join new Cells or verification codes via SMS or email.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
With Other Members: Your name, description, and activity (proposals, points, votes) are shared with other members of the same "Cell" to facilitate the App's core functionality.
Service Providers: We use third-party providers to help us deliver our services, specifically AWS (Amazon Web Services) for database hosting and sending SMS (SNS) and email (SES) communications.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including the use of JWT (JSON Web Tokens) for authentication and hashing for passwords. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention

6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete your information. You can update your profile name and description directly within the App's settings.
